On a late September day in 2011, Hanneke and I spent a few hours hiking the gorgeous Pocaterra Cirque and Ridge near the Highwood Pass in Kananaskis Country.

This area is known for its colorful larch displays and it didn’t disappoint! We enjoyed warm weather and calm winds.
